Looking for a friendly professional or student to take over my room in a modern 4 bed flat share on the top floor of a large house on Richmond road. The flat is managed by a professional lettings agency.
There is currently one double room available from the end of March 2015 until 30th June 2015. (I have been informed by the agency that the contract cannot be extended as they have a group taking over, so any any remaining tenant would have to vacate after the 30th June 2015). The move in date is flexible can be occupied around 1-2 weeks earlier - please email me about this.
The room is inclusive of all bills including council tax which makes this flat a barging considering its location so close to the city centre.
