Double room in Roath, £350 a month bills inc.

Double room available in Roath for 2015 to 2016. Currently 6 girls studying in Terfforest and the Atrium and looking for someone to fill my room for the next academic year as I am moving out. The house is situated just off Albany Road. A 2 minute walk from the shops, 10 minute walk from Cathays station and 15 minute walk from the city centre.

The house has 4 bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom and we have a toilet on the ground floor too. The kitchen is kitted out with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The bedroom offered has a double bed, desk and wardrobe. It has a lot of space to fit a chest of draws. Pictures can be sent if you’d like to see the room.

Currently we’re paying £350 a month including all bills (internet and TV licence too) but rent can be paid termly around £1091. Can provide more information if interested.
