Double room in Cathays with 3 healthcare students

Due to a drop out, we have one double bedroom in our new house up for rent!

We are three female healthcare students at cardiff university and don't just want a lodger but also a good friend. We are very friendly, sociable and laidback to live with!
The house is in Cathays, close to both the main campus and the heath campus so would be perfect for any healthcare students or normal students:)
The house is a 4 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, living room, large modern kitchen and lovely garden. All the rooms are a good size with double beds and nice furniture!
We spent ages searching for a good house (we saw at least 30) so trust me when I say this is a lovely house!

Not bothered whether you're male or female just as long as you can have some good craic and don't be the elusive person who never comes out their room! We do work shifts when on placement but are out just as much as normal students when in theory!

Rent is £285 per month without bills. We have estimated a bills budget as no more than £50 and that includes leccy, water, gas and internet.
The contract starts 1st july 2015 and we can move in then. It is full rent over july and august as we will be in the house over the summer due to our bloody long terms!
