Double room for rent central Cathays area

Hi there, one of our housemate just got a placement year so we are looking for a new person to fulfill our warming house, which we already signed the contract for the next academic year starting from July. The house is located right in the central of Cathays area, 15 minutes to the city central, and very convinient with big supermarket such as lidl, or tesco metro around. there are 5 bedrooms in the house, all sensible size with furniture, nice big living room and kitchen. The other 4 housemates are very easy going and friendly :)) all second year business and engineering students in cardiff university. we are looking for a nice tidy (doesn't has to be extremtly tidy though), and friendly housemate for the next great academic year.
