Hi there I have a double room in a house share which is fully furnished which is available from now 7th November

The room is a good size double and has a built in wardrobe, 2 bedside table and a chest of draws and a wardrobe. There is also storage room underneath the bed.

Included in the rent is council tax, water, TV licence and high speed broadband. Gas and electric are extra work out at roughly £25 per month each depending on the time of the year. So roughly your looking at about £365 a month all in.

It is sharing with 3 males between 24 and 29.

The house is very spacious throughout and is more like a home rather than a house share. The lounge is very comfortable and relaxing. There's a good size garden, ideal for BBQ and catching a tan. Furthermore the house has one bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet and there's a toilet downstairs too.

The kitchen has 2 tall fridge freezers and good sized cupboard for each housemate so there's plenty of room for food storage. Also the dining room has a lovely table and chairs to eat at or to carry out any work.

The house is ideally located to get any where in Cardiff with in 15 minutes. The UHW is a twenty minute walk away and 3 mins by car, the city centre is only a 30 minutes walk away and less than ten minutes by car.

There is a drive for parking and plenty of off street parking, as there are no restrictions in the area. Furthermore there is a bus stop about 2/3 minutes from the front door which takes 20 minutes to get into town.

Tesco's is also 5 minutes away as are McDonalds and KFC which is great and also not great. If there is anything more you'd like to know anything more and to arrange a viewing please get in touch.
