Lovely Double Room To Rent In Roath

There are 3 guys currently in the property aged between 28 and 32 and we are looking for a fourth house mate around the same age. The house is lovely, large kitchen, cosy lounge, 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. One with a shower and one with a bath and shower. We also have a garden!

We get along well and are sociable. We all work different hours but frequently hang out during the week/weekends. We are looking for someone who is keen to get involved socially. We are all laid back and the house is balanced with us all pulling our weight. We are fun, friendly and all have different interests. We are all working professionals and this is our home, so we are looking for someone who will also class this as their home.

The house is based in roath so we get the advantage of living in a lively area with loads of shops and pubs around and only a 20 min walk into the centre

Rent is £350 with a deposit of £350. Bills are around £70 a month
