Double Room Avalible short walk from City Centre

There is a double room available to rent in our three bedroom flat. We're ideally placed- a 15 minute walk from the city centre and 20 minutes from the Bay, we're also right opposite a park which is lovely in the summer months! The city circle bus stops at the end of the Street so its easy access to the rest of the city and if you drive there is plenty of parking space outside the flat.

The flat is fully furnished and rent is £280 per month which included council tax, but not bills which come to an average of £50 per month. A bond of £280. 00 will also be payable and its a minimum 6 month contact. Sorry, no DHSS.

About us!! There are two of us at the moment a self-employed builder and myself a professional working in Cardiff bay. We're very friendly, but often keep ourselves to ourselves as we're both very busy! I for example and involved in Scouting and Guiding locally which keeps me busy :)
