The room offered is upstairs and in the middle of the house so tends to be the warmest room in the winter and nice and cool in the summer. It has a lovely double oak bed, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We have a very light and roomy kitchen overlooking allotments, a dining room with a big old farmhouse table, a cosy living room and an upstairs shared bathroom. It's a non smoking house, but there is a small garden to smoke outside. Plenty of on street parking with a mix of residents and non-residents spaces.
The house is very close to the Heath hospital and less than 10 minutes walk to Roath Park. There are plenty of shops, cafes and bus stops on nearby Whitchurch Rd and it only takes 20 minutes to walk into town.
The room is advertised for as early as March.
We're all pretty chilled and are looking for someone happy to rent our spare room and doesn't mind our equally chilled cat, Charlie.
