Double room - a home from home

I'm Elinor and I live in a two bedroom property close to Heath Hospital, Cardiff University and within walking distance to Cardiff City Centre. The location of the property also provides quick access to the A48 and good travel time for anywhere in and around Cardiff for commuters.

I am moving away with work for the year and looking for someone to rent my room until summer 2025.

I have the most wonderful housemate who is currently studying and working in a local college. She will also be living here until summer 2025. She is an absolute dream to live with, which is making the move a little harder than it should be.

The house includes:

Downstairs:
Open plan living- dining room
-sofa, dinning table, chairs, Internet box
Kitchen - everything is in excellent working order. Waiting for a new worktop to be fitted, but everything can be used as normal.
Garden

Upstairs:
Large double Bedroom (to offer)
Small double (occupied)
Bathroom (shower over bath , toilet, wash basin)
Foyer - open plan usable space (was a bedroom) desk space and multi use area. Chaise lounge to lounge and a desk to work at. Could look at putting a TV in this area for another social /chillout area if preferred.

The rent is inclusive of all bills.
The house still has some renovation projects that I am finishing off.
The room currently has a double bed, hanging rail and drawers.
