Single ROOM available in a magical house!

Hello!

One of my current flatmates wants to move out, and so I am looking for someone to take his room.

The room is gonna be available from the 15th of July. The full month's rent is £180. If you move in in the middle of the month you will only pay the half of the rent and half of the bills and then the regular amount.

It's a single room with a window to the back garden - so quite a nice view! :)

The room is rather small, but there's a single bed, a bedside table, a wall shelf and clothing rail.

There's everything you would need in our awesome house - Fibre Optic internet, free landline calls, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, all the kitchen stuff, pretty garden, living room, a bathroom with a bathtube and a shower...

I have two cats, but they are very friendly and love attention :)

The area is great - 2 minutes to charity shops, local grocery shops, post office, bus stops, takeaway shops, restaurants and loads of other shops. Even tattoo studios if you fancy a quick ink... ;)
About 10-15 minutes walk to Bute Park and Roath Park.

We prefer a person who is friendly and likes to hang out with flatmates from time to time. We also are looking for someone who will help around the house as well - someone clean and who doesn't need reminding about their turn to clean :) Someone who won't be playing loud music when the rest is trying to sleep.
In general we're a very easy going bunch of people, we don't need much from our next flatmate.

Pets are okay - just not spiders!
Benefits - okay, as long as you can pay on time.
Smoking - outside only.
