Friendly professional female wanted for flatshare

I've just moved into a 2 bedroom, ground floor flat, on Connaught Road in Roath. Looking for a nice, friendly, professional person to take the second room (preferably female).

It's an old Victorian house with garden access, and permit parking. The room would be furnished with an Ikea bed including mattress, and it has a nice brick fireplace. The landlord has left a few extra items like a table and chairs, in case the new tenant is in need of them (if not he will take them away). The rest of the flat would be furnished by my own furniture, so if you have some of your own that would be great to bring along. The whole flat has recently been renovated, ceilings lowered to retain heat, and a brand new kitchen and bathroom suite.

I am a 27 year old, working at Cardiff Metropolitan Uni, and looking to make this place my home for a few years. Ideally, my future flatmate would be looking for a friend in Cardiff to hang out with, rather than just a room to stay in and to lock the door behind them.

I like to socialise, go to galleries, watch films, read good books, admittedly I'm a little bit of foodie, and go city hopping on weekends. I'm more of a glass of wine, or a cheeky Guinness in the pub kind of girl, than a clubber.

I have a lovely cat, so an animal lover is very welcome. I tidy up after myself, and treat the people I live with courteously, so I guess I expect the same attitude back. I got stung with my last flat share, where by the other person wasn't pulling their weight with paying bills on time - so a good level of financial responsibility is important to me.

The bond is £200. Private landlord so no agency fees. There will be BT Infinity set up (£12. 50 each pm), the gas/electric is on a prepay basis, and the tenants upstairs have told me it's Council tax band C.
