Although it is a single room it has a three quarter size bed, and has a wardrobe, bedside table and cabinet with drawers.
The flat is purpose built in the sought-after area of Canton, opposite the beautiful Thompson's Park. It consists of a gated car parking area, a facility to lock bikes and a communal hall and stairs. The flat itself has a hall with coat and shoe storage and an airing cupboard. There is a bathroom and a kitchen/living area. It comes fully furnished including plenty of kitchenware, white goods, including a washer/dryer, a sofa, dining table and chairs.
The flat is in the back of the building and thus it is quiet (apart from the inevitable seagulls in nesting season). As a teacher I keep regular working hours during the week but I'm always up for a laugh at the weekend and often away over the holidays.
Canton offers plenty of amenities, including shops, the famous Chapter Arts Centre and numerous nice pubs and restaurants. The flat is half an hour's walk away from the centre of Cardiff and there is a bus stop opposite the property that runs every 15 minutes.
