I'm looking for a student to take over my room as I'm going abroad for an exchange programme.
It's a furnished double room in a shared house with 2 USW students (Polish girl, 22 and English guy, 25). Rent is £300 and bills which cover everything £57 per month. Room will be available for you from January till the end of contract - 1st of July 2016.

PS There is also another spare room in the house so if you're with a friend the rent will be lower.
