Double bedroom in spacious Canton house

I'm looking for a young professional (between 23-35years old) to live with me and my housemate in a large house in canton.

The house is within a short walking distance to all the bars/restaurants/shops and a 25 minute walk to the city centre and within easy commute of Cardiff Bay. The house comprises of a large open plan living room/dining/kitchen, a separate lounge, a large bathroom (that you'll share with one housemate, includes a large shower and separate bath ) and a large outdoor space. The bedroom is furnished with new furniture (double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe). The house is located on a quiet street with plenty of on-street parking.

House comes fully furnished (new) and all utility bills included (including super-fast fibre optic broadband and cable TV).

You'll be sharing a house with me (Mat, a 28 year old welshman. I work in Cardiff Bay for an engineering consultancy. I'm clean and tidy. In my spare time i enjoy going to the gym, socialising and doing a spot of traveling here and there.) and my housemate Alice (26 year old, working as a nurse in Cardiff).

What i'm looking for:
Non smokers
Must be clean/tidy
Respectful of others
Professionals (23-35yrs old)
Preferable someone who shares similar interests to us i. e. fairly active and not a couch potato (not looking for someone who spends their weekends watching tv all day).
No students/teachers (the amount of holidays you get will only make me jealous).

Rent is 500pm and I require 1 months rent as a deposit.
