Available is a cosy single bedroom with a 3'4" bed in a relaxed 4-bedroom house, shared with one male tenant and myself (live-in homeowner).

All bills included in rent (£150 per week)

We’re a considerate friendly household with independent routines with a sometimes busy work and social life. The atmosphere is relaxed, calm and respectful.

Location Highlights:

5-minute walk to local shops and bus stop. This includes take aways, post office and supermarkets. There's is a local leisure centre with a pool and gym.

By car there is good access to the University Hospital of Wales and local universities. Public transport is available near by. It's approximately 30-minute by bus to Cardiff or Newport City centre.

There is easy access to A48 and M4 motorway.

I work from home 3 days a week, so I’m ideally looking for someone who is out at work or studying on campus during the weekdays.
