Sharing with one other as I am mainly based in Bristol.
Two large size double rooms in friendly beautiful house close to UHW, a 10 min drive to the city centre, or 15 min cycle. The rooms are furnished with wardrobe, bed, and chest etc.. There is also a spare guest room for occasional visitors.
One room is available from August, the second from early September.

The house would best suit those people who understand the importance of considering others and who is looking for a clean and well maintained place to call home.
Ideal for friendly people happy to chat and share the odd meal, bottle of wine. Clean and tidy is how I like to keep the place, kitchen and bathrooms ready for the next person to use. Shared lounge available and so plenty of space to socialise. A nice maintained garden containing a sheltered area makes for outdoor relaxing throughout the year

The house is fully renovated and is at the upper end of the market. Driveway. parking is available on a shared bases.

Public transport is on the door step with two train stations very close, Queen St station just a 6 min ride away. Bus stops are also very close to the property.

I am away a lot so usually it is just two people at the house.
