This 4 bedroom house is located just off the Gabalfa interchange, literally a 5 minute walk from the University Hospital Wales. It has modern furnishings and a lovely open plan kitchen/lounge.
There are four bedrooms in total, with the available bedroom being upstairs. It come fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a built-in wardrobe. The house also has a large garden, shed, separate bike shed, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a driveway (although both spaces are currently taken up by the current housemates' cars).

As for amenities, there's a huge Tesco and Aldi just down the road, and there are nearby bus stops that go roughly every 10-20 minutes to the city centre, which is otherwise a 40 minute walk away through Bute park.

The three current housemates are Rob, Cris (both vets, but Rob has taken a break to develop a game) and Jason (something in insurance). I myself, don't actually live in the house anymore but I like to maintain a good relationship with all in the house.
