We have a room to rent in Canton, in shared house with 4 other tenants,
shared living room, bathroom (shower and bath) and kitchen (electric oven, microwave, washing machine) small back garden with washing line.
as far as we're aware the property has a residential permit for parking for 1 car (none of us drive so not sure of the t&c)

This room is ready on 1st of March, furnished, with a single bed.

It is £260 all-inclusive -
Gas, Water, Electricity and Council Tax.

Deposit is £180.

Contract is 6months - please note the maximum stay is til the 31st of August
