House has 5 professionals currently living there, 3 males and 2 females. I (male) will be moving out on the 1st of March to go travelling and would like a male to replace me.
House is very friendly and sociable, very respectful of each others privacy but also can spend a lot of time together through the week nights having a good time
The house is very spacious, the room is a double and also very cheap, rent and all bills included plus broadband is £320
