Single room in shared house

The room being offered is one of the five rooms in a house located not too far from the city centre. There are many shops in the vicinity weather you want some groceries or a quick take away. There are appliances in the house used by all the house mates and this includes a microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine dryer, etc. We are looking for a housemate, preferably someone who is a young professional like ourselves though you can email or message me even if you are not. Currently two rooms are occupied. Minimum stay 6 months. Deposit £250. Please no DSS and no pets. Bills are all inclusive. you might have to chip in for cleaning materials once every few months.
