1 double room available in a friendly, professional house share in the Roath area. The house is just off Albany road and close to the shops, pubs and restaurants on Wellfield road. It's just a few minutes walk to Roath park.
There are four double bedrooms in the house, as well as a: large kitchen; living room; shower room; and bathroom. The room has a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and a double bed.
About us: We are three young professionals. We like to relax in the evenings after work and also enjoy going to the gym, going to the pub and socialising with friends. We are looking for a professional housemate who is clean and tidy.
The rent is £250 per month, this does not include bills. However, we have a house account which we each pay £85 per month into and this covers all bills (council tax, water, broadband, gas and electric) and we use the leftover money to buy household items (toilet roll, washing up liquid etc).
