Double bedroom in a house, share house

Hi, a room is available in a shared house for a mature woman to share with two other women. If you are socially aware, free thinking, fun, outgoing, independent, creative, an animal lover and do not mind a lived in house and are looking for a home rather than a room please apply, All we ask is just respect of others space and normal friendly relations. I have shared before so know the score.
I also need someone who is mature and responsible to look after the house when I’m away. Please mention your feelings about this arrangement when replying.
If you are a neat freak this home would not be suitable but if you like living in a home ( not a room) it would be. The room will be available now. Bills are included.
