I am looking to share a very well located house with friendly and sociable people. The house is very clean and tidy as it's something really important for me so I am looking for someone similar, who really care about the house and to respect each other. It's no agency fees, all included, internet, coucil tax, all the charges, and even the cleaning stuff, toilet rolls,... so nothing to add, no surprise. A month deposit is required. The flat is 5 min walk from St David Hall, 10 min from Cardiff Bay with a nice river view, we do have garden and barbecue :) The room is furnished.
