All bills free! Friendly City Centre Big room.

Friends needed! :)

Friendly working people wanted to share our lovely home in the City centre! Nice and clean people are important to us! No couples or pets please. Ideally looking for someone to balance the house out (usually would be 2 girls 2 guys in total but anyone nice and kind considered!)

PLEASE NOTE: I am away abroad until the 30th dec 2023 so will reply to all messages in the new year :) feel free to nudge me by WhatsApp after new year if I haven't!

We have an all-bills-included beautiful double room ready today for a lovely lady or gent in our relaxed and friendly mixed house share on our quiet street, literally right next to Cardiff city centre/the motorpoint arena (or utilita areana or whatever it is currently being called by the latest sponsor!)

The room is absolutely lovely with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, desk and any other furniture you need. Rent for the double room includes absolutely all bills (Gas/elec/water and even council tax, and TV license!), so you'll never have to pay a penny more. The room has lots of lovely furniture including a new desk too (we have yet to add this in pics so please be patient with us lol)!

House literally couldn't be any closer to the middle of Cardiff. maximum 10min walk to the centre of Cardiff/Queen St station, and a 10min walk to St Davids 2 Shopping Centre.

We are friendly lasses & gents who are looking for someone nice, kind and with a good sense of humour to share their home. Good tea making skills desirable ;)

We all met through the house and work slightly different hours - mostly the 9 to 5 . At least one of us is a veggie/vegan (but eat whatever you like!), and we have our own lives but we still like spending the odd evening eating together or enjoying a nice cuppa/glass of wine!

No Letting/agent fees to pay! The house has ALL the amenities - even a Dishwasher (my best friend!) & tumble dryer as well as the usual washing machine etc, and the lady who owns the house is very pro-active at fixing things when needed and enjoys keeping things updated for us - she previously built a new bathroom and an extra toilet so there won't be any queuing for the bathroom!

There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers etc, we have terrible pics that don't do it justice but to see the place for yourself please drop us a line and pop round for an informal chat and a cuppa.
