Welcoming house for young professionals

Hey,

Im going to be sad leaving this house as i have been there for just over a year. I have made some life long friends whilst living here, what a great bunch.

The house is on Bangor street in Roath which is a stones throw from a Tesco\Sainsburys, Pub and a Gym. The room that will be available is the second room on the ground floor which faces into the garden. The mattress is brand new and hardly used as I've been away with work in South Africa so have hardly been there.

there is a Shared bathroom, kitchen and Living room with Virgin WiFi which is top notch. parking is available out the front of the house on the street, you can get a permit which is not too costly (I think its £5/10 for the year) or you can do as i have and try to find the free spaces everyday. There is a Washing machine and a tumble dryer in the kitchen and a brand new Fridge.

What the current tenants will be looking for is someone who is very sociable, who doesn't hide in there room all day, can interact with everyone and have a really good laugh.
