The tenancy is at 5 months because that is when we renew the contract, however in December you can resign for another 12 months.

All tenants are musically inlined so its a very creative bunch of people. Nice big shared living room, kitchen with washing machine dishwasher and a garden with a large patio area. One bathroom with shower and bath.

The bedroom that is available is pictured as a studio control room, however that studio is now located in the garage. The tennant who uses the garage as a studio pays extra money for this privilege.

The available room includes a desk, chair, a wardrobe and a bed.

Bills usually come to around £50 a month, council tax another 40 is another £40 ish on top.
