Loft with ensuite in Roath

This houseshare would suit someone tidy and respectful with a 9-5 job or a dedicated post grad who treats their PHD like a 9-5 job.

I have a newly built, loft with ensuite (with shower and bath tub) in my three-bedroom home in Roath, so an easy walk to town, shops and local restaurants and bars. The room has a king size bed, very large built in wardrobe, two lounge chairs, and two small bedside tables.

There is also a private, fenced mature garden with chairs and a table to enjoy.

There is a shared dining and living room which have been knocked through into one large room.

There is also a downstairs loo/sink in the utility room.
