Large double room available. You will be sharing with Naomi, Caoimhe and Cara. Devyani is heading back home to NZ in months ahead. Everyone is new from next month so it will be a new household again - a good time to join! Seeking another active professional who wants to co-create a cool homely vibe.
Largest room in house. Situated on first floor. Fully furnished (as illustrated) with double wardrobes, double bed, drawers and pocket-sprung, medium-firm mattress, plus blackout-blinds. (Desk and chair previous tenants).
Main bathroom second floor. There is also a ground floor W. C. Plus room next door has en-suite. It's situated in vibrant Canton, and yet, within a private cul-de-sac. It's peaceful - there are no through roads or passing traffic. Easy parking.
This is rental accommodation which is maintained at a high standard. On the ground floor there is a dining kitchen equipped with nutri-bullet blender, Russel Hobbs kettle, microwave and Dualit 4-way toaster. We got a new fridge freezer last year: plus a Miele dryer which is A++ energy efficient and quiet-rated. March this year: new Samsung washing machine, new oven. New decking Spring 2026 (garden furniture in pics already upgraded). If you're calling round for a viewing - front door painted dark blue to match feature wall behind TV :)
The dining area leads onto a south-facing garden featuring a large deck which is great for sharing summer nights.
Living space is all located on the ground floor. You are welcomed into a cosy lounge inc leather sofa; 2021 Smart TV with Netflix App; Sony sound-bar and a faux-fur throw for cooler nights :) If you have a bike or need to store things then we have a garage - plus there is a private driveway for off-street parking.
There are no fees. To reserve the room it's first months all inc rent, plus deposit (£500). The landlord pays for a gardener. Should maintenance arise - the tenants WhatsApp the landlord and it gets actioned the same day. Really :)
Council tax band F 2024/25 £57.75 per person per month.

Ideal Vogue (A-rated energy efficient) boiler has been installed. Due to these economically challenging times; all bills are now in the landlords name and paid by the landlord directly. It's all inclusive inc WiFi, council tax, gas/electricity, TV licence and water rates.
We are looking for someone who intends staying l2-months so there is some continuity rather than constant change within the house. If that sounds good and you are easy-going, tidy (kitchen pics were random - it's how it's kept), and considerate then I'd love to hear from you! After all - it's the people that make a place a home :)
