Loft Room with En-Suite - Great Location in Roath

I have a large Double Room available in a Victorian Terrace House just around the corner from Wellfield Road and Albany Road. (Bangor Street, Roath)

It is a quiet street considering the location - 2 minutes walk to local boutique shops, bars, restaurants, banks, coffee shops, gym and local park. The city centre is just a 25 minute walk.

I work Monday to Friday so it is quiet during the week, but I do enjoy going out over the weekend. I also have my daughter staying with me occasionally throughout the month.

You’d be staying with me and one other housemate (Sophie)

£750 per calendar month inclusive of all utility bills, Gig1 Fibre Broadband, SKY Q and the use of a 43inch TV in the room.

Deposit and references would be required.
