Hello and welcome to our advert!



We are a 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝟒 𝐛𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞, who pride ourselves on it being social, homely and clean.

We are looking for a driven young professional, who wants to live with similarly minded people and nurture some newfound friendships. The bedroom has an aerial point, but we hope to find you in the living room! 



About us and starting with Kate, a 22 year old Civil Servant with the Office of National Statistics. Given her occupation, she’s handy to have in a pub quiz. She makes good use of the house facilities and enjoys cooking, watching films and getting out for a run on one of the many routes that she has established from the house.

Next we have TJ, a 24 year old working in the film and television industry who enjoys the cinema, cosy movie nights and bingeing series on Netflix. Interests outside of work are in fashion, looking around vintage clothing stores and being social with a trip to the pub, playing an escape room, music bingo with Kate or a quiet board game night in.

Finally we have Ammie, a 22 year old social worker who is scheduled to join us on the 1st of July. She enjoys being social and is a big fan of Cardiff's ice hockey team, the Red Devils, who she goes and watches regularly.

Chemistry is key and we go through a thorough process to give people with similar interests and values the opportunity to live together. Generally speaking, the type of housemates we are looking for are respectful, social young professionals with individual hobbies and interests looking for a home to be proud of.



Jack the landlord, migrated to the UK in his teens and spent 13 years in shared accommodation himself. All that experience and knowledge has been put into the development of this house, its culture and the process of getting likeminded people together. He has managed this house for over 10 years as both a live in and now, live out landlord. The house has seen extensive renovations over the years to bring it to the 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 it is in now with features you are unlikely to find in another house share.




The house is well facilitated to be social, if you wish. From boardgames and dinner parties on the dining room table, BBQs or sun bathing in our 𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐲 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 or in the living room area with a large sofa and 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐥 for cosy nights in. 


The room is a fully furnished double (4'6") with heaps of storage. There is a large 6 draw matching black dresser in the sliding wardrobe that can be taken out, as well as 3 large, built-in units. The bedside table and bookcase/tv stand are also included. The room is equipped with blackout blinds and dimmable lights to really chill out when you want some downtime. There is also a communal bathroom with 𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 to help unwind and a well kitted kitchen for culinary pursuits.




The house is in 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, with easy links to the M4 and only 𝟏𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞. Roadside parking is available and never an issue finding a space. The house is also 2 mins walk away from a large supermarket, which is really handy.
