Double for rent with shared bathroom

Hi

I am a 36 year old professional and I have a 3 bed end of terrace house. I have 1 double room available in mid March for a single person. The room is £500 per month including all bills. We are looking for a tidy and considerate professional to join myself, my girlfriend and my other housemate.

In my spare time I like to do a fair bit of mountain biking, and use my road bike to get around town when I can. I love to cook and also enjoy meeting up with mates for drinks. In winter I always get away for a week of snowboarding and in summer always look forward to a festival or two.

The room comes fully furnished, but if you have your own things I’m sure we can figure things out. The tenant would share the main bathroom of the house with my other housemate (My girlfriend and I have our own en-suit). The main bathroom is equipped with a separate shower and bath. All bills are included and I have virgin fibre broadband, Netflix and Amazon prime. There is also a court yard which gets a lot of sun in the summer good for BBQ’s, and a large garage prefect for bikes and surfboards etc.

The house is situated at the bottom of Canton near Ely bridge. Victoria park is a 10 minutes walk, the Chapter is about 20 mins and the centre of town about 35 mins walk. There are buses from the end of the street into town every 5 minutes and Waun-gron train station is just around the corner. The house is on a cul-de-sac street so it is very quiet at night time. Conveniently there’s an Aldi only 5 mins walk on Cowbridge Rd east.
