We are two friendly girls and a guy looking for a new flatmate to share our comfortable house close to Cardiff city centre for 6 months. We are looking for a new friend who is sociable, neat and tidy and easy to get along with.
A double room is available with a shared kitchen and bathroom. There are great public transport links to Cardiff Bay and the University Hospital of Wales. We are also close to the Principality Stadium and Ninian Park train station. The shops and bars in Cowbridge Road, Canton and the shopping outlet at Leckwith Retail Park are very near by.
There is parking space, but we prefer cyclists. The house has a garden with rear access and storage facilities for bicycles.
