Cosy room for rent in a friendly 4-bed shared house in Grangetown. The room will be available from 1st June 2026.
Sadly Arian is leaving for a new adventure so the housemates are currently looking for somebody to fill in her place. Ella, Ethan and Tirion are a bunch of professionals who all have their own lives but like to have a spontaneous dinner together once in a while!
The room is quiet as facing the garden, has a large window and is warm. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
There are two toilets in the house. The shared kitchen and living room include everything you would expect (see pictures). There is fast fibre optic internet. The garden is well maintained and offers plenty of space. There is a BBQ ready to be lit as soon as the sun comes out.
As part of the houseshare, there is also an extra guest room at the back of the house with a double sofa bed for those times when friends or family are visiting. This benefit is included in the rent and everybody is welcome to use it. There is also a large attic to store things.
The house is located in a dead-end street just off Cambridge Road (one of the nicest parts of Grangetown) and as such is really quiet. On-street parking is available. There are good links to the M4 through Ferry Rd and buses along Corporation Rd.
Council Tax, TV licence and broadband bills are included. Gas/electricity and water bills are on top of the rent which currently work out at around £55/month.
The EPC rating of the house is D.
You will need to provide an employment and landlord reference for a pre-tenancy check, and you’ll then need to pay a holding deposit of £99 to reserve the room.
