Lovely double room in Llanishen - great location

Hi there, I’m looking for a flatmate who needs somewhere to stay in Cardiff short-term.

The room is a small double that comes fully furnished with good storage space in the room and more cupboard space outside of the room. It would be ideal for someone visiting the UK for a short time who would not need to move lots of things in, or someone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Cardiff on an interim basis while they explore the city and look for somewhere more permanent.

The flat is clean, modern, cosy and well decorated with; two-bedrooms, a lovely open planning living dining area, fitted kitchen, small patio and one bathroom with a large shower unit.

The location is brilliant - it's 5 mins walk to Ty Glas rail station and the nearest bus stop, which both take you into Cardiff city centre in 15 mins. It's also a 10 min drive from Junction 32 of the M4 and the A48. There is a large supermarket less than 5 mins walk away, as well as a small retail park with several shops and a leisure centre 10 mins walk away.

I own and live in the flat. I'm from Cardiff originally so can give you lots of tips for fun things to do in and around Cardiff, but I also spent 7 years living with flatmates in London so I’m relaxed about sharing space. I’m looking for someone who likes fairly quiet weekday evenings and wants to live somewhere clean and tidy.
