Double room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff for 3 months only, from September 1st 2026

My name is David and I own the house.

Double room offered for a single lodger (couples considered for the double room - see details below)

I will be away living in London most of the time but will be back to Cardiff for the odd week/weekend.

I will be sleeping in my loft bedroom when I'm back in Cardiff and there will also be another lodger in the single bedroom so for the most part, there will only be 2 people in the entire house and a maximum of 3 at any one time.

I have attached pictures of the room/s and the house.

The price of the DOUBLE ROOM is £745 per month
and includes all bills and excellent full fast fibre optic broadband.

Couples will be considered but the cost will be higher:
£945 per month

A refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure the room.

I am an occasional nudist/naturist and I operate a clothing optional household so everyone needs to be comfortable with this living arrangement.

No smoking or pets.
