Double room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff for up to 5 months (minimum 1 month stay) from September 1st 2026 until January 30th, 2027

My name is David and I own the house.

Double room offered for a single lodger (couples considered for the double room - see details below)

I spend half of my time in London and half of my time in Cardiff.

I will be sleeping in my loft bedroom when I'm back in Cardiff and there may also another lodger in the single bedroom so for the most part, there will only be 2 people in the entire house and a maximum of 3 at any one time.

I can also accommodate short term stays for 1 or 2 months, especially for the months of September and October and January.

I have attached pictures of the room/s and the house.

The price of the DOUBLE ROOM is £695 per month,
and includes all bills and excellent full fast fibre optic broadband.

I have a relaxed attitude to nudity in the household so a relaxed and open attitude is preferred.

Couples will be considered but the cost will be higher:

£895 per month (if sharing the house with another lodger in the single spare room)

£1,295 per month for the whole house to yourself for SEPTEMBER and sharing with myself for 2/3 weeks in October (if there is no other lodger at the house and you have the whole house to yourselves)

A refundable deposit of £275 is required to secure the room.

No smoking or pets.
