Double room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff.

My name is David and I own the house.

Double room offered for a single lodger (couples considered for the double room - see details below)

I will be away living in London most of the time but will be back to Cardiff for the odd week/weekend.

I will be sleeping in my loft bedroom when I'm back in Cardiff and there may also be another lodger in the single bedroom so for the most part, there will only be 2 people in the entire house and a maximum of 3 at any one time.

I have attached pictures of the room/s and the house.

The price of the DOUBLE ROOM is £675 per month
and includes all bills and excellent full fast fibre optic broadband.

Couples will be considered but the cost will be higher:
£875 per month

A refundable deposit of £175 is required to secure the room.

I'm also a french speaker so I'm always looking out for French/Swiss or francophone lodgers that I can practice my french with as I spend 2 months a year in Paris.

No smoking or pets.
