Large kitchen with dining table, cosy living room and nice garden. Price is £580 per month, including water, council tax, TV licence and broadband. Tenants pay gas/electric between them in addition.
The current housemates are friendly, sociable and enjoy walking, music, arts, travelling, exercise and spending time with family and friends.
There is on street parking and the house is located a short walk from the shops on Albany road and the lovely Roath park. Easy commute to UHW/city centre
