Large kitchen with dining table, cosy living room and nice garden. Price is £625 per month, including water, council tax, TV licence and broadband. Tenants pay gas/electric between them in addition.
The current housemates are friendly, sociable and enjoy walking, being in nature, swimming, yoga, trips to the beach, going out to eat, experiencing new places as well as movie nights and socialising together.
There is on street parking and the house is located a short walk from the shops on Albany road and the lovely Roath park. Easy commute to UHW/city centre
