City centre! All Bills! Friendly house! Big double

Hello and welcome to our happy household!

We are a banagram loving, cocktail shaking, silly-game-inventing, positive bunch of grown up housies who enjoy acting like big kids as much as we also enjoy our chilled out evenings together and solo quiet time.

We are looking for one solo new housie from the end of the month ish when our wonderful housie millie mixes in with her partner! Preferably new housie will not be a from-home worker as we have a few of those and need someone to tell us stories about the outside world ;)

Lovely ladies and respectable gents always considered for this large double room with furniture and desk in our relaxed friendly house share by Cardiff city centre!

Only a 10-15 min walk to the main high st/Queen st station and about a 20min walk to central station. Bike space available at the front of the house, no car parking spaces.

We are 2 friendly girls and 2 lovely chaps in our early 20’s - 30’s who all get along really well. We met through the house but are basically like family now (but a good one that gets on well...). The house is very large, includes ALL bills (even council tax, tv license and wifi!) and has all the amenities including a dishwasher and tumble dryer as well as a Jacuzzi bath, gorgeous leafy garden and our very own little wine bar area, for the occasional celebration when no one has work the next day!

The double room is a large size and freshly decorated with all the furniture and storage space, there’s a good sized desk....just ask if you would like your nice landlord to get you any more furniture!

The house is homely and very, very big, but the people are the most important thing for us - we all met through the house and have our own lives. We respect each other's privacy and don't live in each other's pockets but we get along really well at home and like to hang out together outside of the house sometimes for fun house activities and (very) occasionally cook for each other in house meals (sometimes badly).

We are looking for someone positive (in personality, not covid), kind and friendly, to complete our house who doesn't mind hanging around for a quick chat with a cuppa or the occasional house glass of wine! (good tea-making skills earn extra harry potter house points!)

We are looking for a daytime working professional to complete our set – ideally someone friendly and clean and grown up, who likes having people over ...but equally doesn't plan to move their other half in with us semi-permanently ;)

Please no smokers or recent quitters as we have an asthmatic housie, and frankly, we just don't like the smell of it on peoples clothes lol :) just a big polite heads up that we've asked people to leave for social smoking before, as it's clear from the ad we can't have even an occasional "nights out only" smoker due to the asthma etc x
