Although the communal areas are cleaned weekly by the owner, it is appreciated by all that each individual clean up and clear away items used in the kitchen, utility and shared communal area’s. It’s in a great location opposite the lovely Thompson’s park. Approximately a Twenty five minutes walk to the city centre, or there are regular buses that stop just outside the property. Cathedral Road and Pontcanna is a 10 minute walk away. Easy access to all nearby universities, hospitals and cycle trails.
