We are 3 friends (2 females, 1 male 26-33) looking for a friendly, sociable young professional to share and enjoy a beautiful and extremely spacious and luxurious home in the centre of Cardiff!

A wonderful 4 bedroom house, we have the benefit of 4 bathrooms (1 is the en-suite in the available bedroom and 1 cloakroom downstairs), very large kitchen, utility room, extremely spacious and impressive living room, a second upstairs living room which includes a projector (home cinema!) and a spare room which can also be used as an office space in addition to the 4 double bedrooms. We are spoilt for choice with appliances as we have 2 washing machines (1 is also a tumble dryer), 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges… no it’s not too good to be true!

A short walk to Cardiff city centre, we are ideally situated and also close to all bars, pubs, cafes, shops etc. of Pontcanna area! We also have a garage which we share, which can be really useful living so close to the city centre, although parking is rarely a problem.

Rent - £437.50 each pcm

Bills:-
We do not pay any gas bills!! (This is covered by the landlord and is yet another great perk!)
Council Tax – currently £85.75 each per month
Electricity – £26.49 each per month
Water – paid biannualy, works out approx. £30 each per month
Sky T. V and Wi-Fi – currently £20.25 each, paid monthly
Cleaner – due to the size of the house we pay for a cleaner 3 hours weekly - £36 each every 4 weeks (in the past we have found this works best so would be non-negotiable)
