The large kitchen is ideal for shared living, with plenty of worktop space, individual cupboards for all housemates and fitted appliances. There is a washing machine and a tumble drier included in the kitchen.

Cyfartha Street is in an ideal location for both students and young professionals as it is in close proximity to Albany Road and City Road which boast a variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as being only a 10-15 minute walk to Cardiff University and the City Centre respectively.
