Mon-Fri single room

This is à Mon-Fri rental- weekends are NOT included.

The available room is a relatively small single-bed room in our friendly 4-bed family home. The room would not be suitable for anyone wanting to study or work from home. We are looking for someone who wants to rent just part of the week.

There is a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom on the first floor, and a WC on the ground floor. The house is a 20 minute walk into the city centre or to the main station, or a £1 'short hop' on the bus. Lovely area, just a minutes walk from Chapter Arts Cinema and Canton High street with lots of popular bars and restaurants. Local gym and library just around the corner!

You would be sharing with myself, my husband, our 5 year old daughter and 2-year old boy. We also rent out the attic room in the top of the house. We are relaxed and social, but it is a family house and does get a bit messy and noisy sometimes so needs to be someone who doesn't mind stepping over building bricks on the kitchen floor and renditions of Old MacDonald at the dining table.
