Rooms to rent in Modern Town House, Cardiff Bay

A great opportunity to rent a lovely room in a brand new town house in Cardiff Bay. Close to the international pool with its gym, the ice rink and the white water center, not to mention great running and cycling routes around the bay.

Two rooms available, a large double with king size bed or smaller double room.

Happy to consider Mon-Fri or 7 days.

The house is well appointed with a large amount of living space, good size kitchen, washer and dryer, main house bathroom which lodgers would have almost exclusive use of. The garage is available for bike storage if needed and there is some outside space.

Easy access to town with buses from near the Morrisons and trains from Cogan. There is also a large Next bike station at the pool so another great way of getting around. For shopping there is Morrisons, Tesco, Asda and Aldi all close by.

I'm a Friendly sociable guy, try to keep myself active, getting out in the fresh air or to the gym as often as I can. Equally happy having a natter or watching the latest episode of Bake Off, all rooms have TV points if that's not your thing. Would be great to have someone that wants to be a part of the household but also appreciate the need for personal space. You'll also be sharing with a student at the Welsh College but he is busy most days and very easy to get along with as well.

The house is kept in great order and I would expect anybody living here to maintain that. If you look after the house then we will get on.

Ideally looking for someone who works pretty regular 9-5 hours and will be fairly chilled during the week.
