The room is comprised of a double bed and fitted wardrobes with a kitchenette and sitting area . The toilet and washing machine is shared with two other tenants on the same floor.
The rent is inclusive of council tax and water rates , the electricity used in the room is excluded and is the responsibility of the tenant. Deposit of one months rent required.
