Single/double room in friendly modern house

We have one single room available in a three bedroom terraced house. There is a built in wardrobe, three sets of drawers, large window with view to garden. The desk in the photo is no longer in the room.
You will be sharing with two girls working full time 9 - 5pm Monday- Friday.
There is one bathroom downstairs with a bath and separate shower.
We have a lovely living room with a cosy gas fire / dining area that we spend a lot of time in together.
There is on street parking outside the front of the house. It's a dead end road so only residence park along there.
We're two socially busy girls that spend a lot of time out and about but enjoy coming home to relax on the sofa after a long day.

Unfortunately we cannot have pets in the house.
