Flat To Lease - Now Until Sept '18

We are looking to have a professional or studyent (or a couple) take over our lease with CRM Student Accommodations at The Fitzalan in Cardiff. This accommodation opened September 2017. This lease, if taken, would be from now (can be immediately available with notice) to September 2018. It is a great, quiet, brand new, attractive building and we are the first to have stayed in this room. The room is 26m squared, and referred to as Platinum. All utilities are included, and there is an onsite gym, and onsite laundry. It is also a short walk from the train station and public transport. There is also a massive common area that includes a library area, study room, gaming rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, pool tables, table tennis, etc. The building is close to tons of shopping, groceries, and night life, in addition to Cardiff University (or transport to nearby unis). The room itself includes a large wardrobe, a full kitchen with lots of drawers and cupboards space, and an ensuite bathroom including a toilet, shower, and sink. There is a very spacious desk for studying, a 3/4 bed that can fit two, as well as a breakfast bar, as pictured. The cost for the room is £199.00 per week with an additional (£20 per week more if you want dual occupancy). The room we have is laid out differently than above, but includes all the same things and is just as attractive.
