I'm looking for someone to move in to a lovely 2 bed in terrace house in the heart of Canton, to share with 1 professional female in her 30s.

It's a very chilled house; enjoy spending time socialising, watching netflix and chatting, and equally appreciate alone time, space and privacy. Pretty sociable, but also hard working doing long hours.

Looking for a professional in their 20's/30's who's laid back, open to sharing the house as a friend as well as a room mate, and not afraid of the occasional house work.

No agency fees. Deposit is 1 months rent. Rent is £375pm. Bills come to around xxx a month. 6 month contract (but possibly open for discussion), and 1 month rolling contract after that.
