The room is on the first floor, it's a small room with a double bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers and a desk.

It's a great room with lots of natural light, and a window that opens up onto a sunny iron fire escape.

Beautiful double rooms available in a beautiful Victorian Townhouse overlooking the River, all fully furnished.

We're very close to the city center - less than 10 minutes walk, and about 15 minutes walk along the river from Cardiff Bay.

This is an artfully renovated property, with stripped floors and high ceilings throughout.

It's been our family home, so a lot of love and care has gone into it, but due to a change in circumstances, we have moved away, letting rooms to some lovely individuals!

The kitchen is huge, with a travertine floor and reclaimed Spanish wall tiles. It's fully equipped with a double oven, American-style fridge freezer and Miele dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The kitchen has a sofa as well as a dining table, and there is also a large shared sitting room at the front of the house.

The bathroom has been recently done and it's beautiful!

There's also a separate toilet (2 in the house) and a shower room, in keeping with the original Victorian style and tastefully decorated.

All bills are included with the rent - Council tax, utilities, and wifi. The rent also includes the cost of cleaners coming in fortnightly.

We're looking for professionals who will take care of our home, but also enjoy living here!
