Double Room in a second floor flat to rent in Whitchurch. Great views and close to local amenities. Close to Bus routes and 10 minutes from LLandaff station. You will be sharing with a friendly 39 year old who enjoys listening to music, making stuff (paintings etc) and watching football. Likes to keep the Kitchen and Bathroom clean but the front room can get messy due all the Art stuff. There is a large TV and PS4 that is communal. Would defo suit someone with artistic sympathies and an open mind. Doesn't mind if you have small pets like a small dog, hamster etc. If You smoke you can out on the balcony but not inside the flat. Would like to meet first before showing off the flat.
