We are offering a double bedroom in a shared barn conversion with fantastic views overlooking Cardiff.

The barn is over three levels all with double bedrooms. There is a lounge, spacious Kitchen/breakfast room with plenty of room for dinner parties or board game nights, Utility Room, shower room, wet room and another bathroom with corner bath and stand alone shower.
All mod cons, including Wireless Internet, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer. Plenty of Parking. Cleaner every other week. Bills included!

The barn is split over three levels you can often feel like you have the place to yourself.
Miniature lake with Koi Carp and 2/3 of an acre of south facing gardens, looking out over Cardiff, The Channel and the English Countryside. Ideal for summer BBQ’s.

Link road to the M4 under 1 minute away, Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay 6 minutes away. There are local shops down the road at Leckwith including Asda and Lidl and plenty of takeaways in Canton.

You will be sharing with Rebecca, Phil, Rachel, Hal and Phil. They are all busy friendly professionals who respect each others space- they're really welcoming and friendly, tidy and considerate.
Many nights are spent either watching box sets or playing board games. Lockdown was a dream as there were plenty of BBQ and lots of space to enjoy any quiet time needed.

The minimum stay is 6 months so there is some continuity rather than constant change within the house. If that sounds good and you are easy-going, tidy, and considerate and after somewhere a different with the feel of the countryside with the benefits of living close to the city.
