Looking for housemates for next year, who're pretty quiet, and preferably final year. It's a student house so students only.
The house is in Roath, 15-20 minute walk to the main building area, and close to the centre of town. Fridge/freezer and fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, one bathroom but also downstairs toilet.
The free bedrooms are upstairs, both with double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Bills are £60.
Smokers are welcome (not inside, though), No pets. (There is a local neighbourhood cat, though, he's very sweet). The current occupant is quiet and keeps to herself, though does like to socialise from time to time, especially with CAH, and other games.
